Our Policy for Returns & Exchanges

  1. To request an exchange or return, please use the Ah Tereza exchange channel
  2. The timeframe for RETURNS & EXCHANGES is up to 7 consecutive days, from the date of product arrival.

     --> the purchase voucher will be valid for 90 days

     --> returns of purchases made with a COUPON are not allowed

           * only a request for a new purchase voucher is permitted

           * adhering to the first coupon's expiration date

  3. Refunds will be processed within up to 10 business days, from the date the item is received at our office. 
  4. Please note that the product must not show any signs of use and/or washing and must be in perfect condition, with the tag attached and the original seal.
  5. This request must be filled out and sent within the above-mentioned deadlines. The date of communication via WhatsApp will not be counted!
  6. Returns & exchanges will not be accepted after the deadline.
  7. In the case of Progressive Promotion:
    -->​in the event of a partial exchange or partial return of a product purchased during a progressive discount promotion, the promotion will be voided, and the value to be refunded or exchanged will be recalculated.

-->After the item is shipped, the average arrival time at our office is approximately 10-15 business days.
-->The customer is only entitled to a refund if the returned products meet the quality analysis requirements described in the above-mentioned RETURN policy.
-->Once the analysis process is completed, if the request is not validated or does not comply with our Returns & Exchanges policy, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
-->According to the policy of credit card operators, refunded amounts may take up to 60 days to appear on your credit card statement.
